Julius Quinn earned degrees in Nursing and Health Administration before co-opening QuinnEssential Healthcare in Wichita, Kansas. He is a retired Air Force veteran with over 30 years of healthcare experience and works as a dual certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to manage his patients with a holistic approach.

He believes combining physical and emotional health will continue to improve the longevity of his patients — offering a safe space for patients of all religious affiliations, sexual orientations, races, and ethnicities.

Patient-centered psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults

Japheth Kemoi is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN-BC) who earned his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Walden University. Since 2023, he has provided psychiatric medication management for individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults.

Japheth's approach to care is patient-centered and collaborative. He works closely with patients and families to develop individualized treatment plans, prioritizing open communication, education, and shared decision-making so patients feel informed, supported, and actively involved in their care. He takes a holistic approach by considering biological, psychological, and environmental factors — creating a safe and respectful environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their treatment journey.

Kilah Hoenscheidt provides specialized ADHD coaching designed to help clients build personalized strategies for managing attention challenges, improving time management, and strengthening daily routines. Each session focuses on identifying individual strengths, building self-awareness, and creating systems that foster consistency and success — both personally and professionally.

In her role as Office Manager, Kilah ensures that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. With a keen eye for organization and a proactive approach, she oversees scheduling, administrative tasks, and workflow management — keeping the QuinnEssential team running at its best.
