Julius Quinn

Julius Quinn earned degrees in Nursing and Health Administration before co-opening QuinnEssential Healthcare in Wichita, Kansas. He is a retired Air Force veteran with over 30 years of healthcare experience and works as a dual certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to manage his patients with a holistic approach. He believes combining physical and emotional health will continue to improve the longevity of his patients!

Kilah Hoenscheidt

Kilah provides specialized ADHD coaching and office management. Through ADHD coaching, clients learn personalized tools to manage attention challenges, improve time management, and strengthen daily routines. Each session focuses on identifying individual strengths, building self-awareness, and creating systems that foster consistency and success both personally and professionally.Kilah also serves as the Office Manager, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. With a keen eye for organization and a proactive approach, she oversees scheduling, administrative tasks, and workflow management.

Japheth Kemoi

Japheth is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN-BC) who earned my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Walden University. Since 2023, he has provided psychiatric medication management for individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. Japheth’s approach to care is patient-centered and collaborative. He works closely with patients and families to develop individualized treatment plans that support each person’s unique needs, symptoms, and goals. He also prioritizes open communication, education, and shared decision-making so patients feel informed, supported, and actively involved in their care. Japheth has experience in treating a variety of mental health conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and behavioral concerns. His focus is on thoughtful medication management, ongoing symptom monitoring, and making adjustments to ensure treatment is both effective and well tolerated. Japheth strives to take a holistic approach to mental health by considering biological, psychological, and environmental factors. His goal is to create a safe and respectful environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their treatment journey.
