Julius Quinn

Julius Quinn earned degrees in Nursing and Health Administration before co-opening QuinnEssential Healthcare in Wichita, Kansas. He is a retired Air Force veteran with over 30 years of healthcare experience and works as a dual certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to manage his patients with a holistic approach. He believes combining physical and emotional health will continue to improve the longevity of his patients!

Kilah Hoenscheidt

Kilah is a Mental Health Therapist that focuses on treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Her approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. She believes that every person has the capacity for growth and healing, her role is to provide the guidance needed to unlock that potential. Kilah is currently seeing patients ages 5 to 50 years old, and provides a therapeutic approach that works best for you or your child. Kilah is accompanied by her partner, Collet, a therapy dog who provides emotional support during sessions. Collet’s serene and affectionate demeanor fosters a sense of safety and comfort for patients.

Rosella Alford

Rosella has been part of QuinnEssential for two years, demonstrating dedication and passion in her role as an office manager. Raised in Wichita, she possesses outstanding qualities that enhance her effectiveness in the position. Rosella is committed to assisting others in accessing the mental health support they need.

Kristin Hall

Kristin is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan. My practice is rooted in a deep respect for the unique identities and lived experiences of all individuals, regardless of age, race, sexual orientation, or cultural background. I am passionate about creating safe, inclusive, and empowering spaces for healing, where clients feel seen, heard and supported.

She treats a wide range of conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, neurodivergence, addiction, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and more. Her approach is tailored to each person’s unique goals and background. She strives to create a safe, inclusive space where clients of all ages, races, sexual orientations, and cultures feel heard, valued and empowered.

As someone who has faced mental health struggles herself, she knows what it’s like to feel broken. But she also knows what it’s like to rise. Sometimes, you must burn to the ground before you can rise from the ashes like a Phoenix. That journey—of rebuilding and rediscovering your strength—is where she meets you.
